“Nutrition Science and Food Innovation in a Changing World: Enhancing Human Health Through Evidence-Based Solutions”
"The 3rd International Conference on Nutrition, Food Science & Human Health was held as a fully virtual event from April 3–5, 2021, bringing together nutrition experts, dietitians, food scientists, clinical researchers, and public health professionals from around the world. Organized by ResearchersFusion, this online conference provided a dynamic platform for disseminating cutting- edge research, sharing innovative methodologies, and fostering global scientific collaboration in nutrition and food science. Over three days, attendees engaged in live keynote lectures, technical oral presentations, interactive panel discussions, and virtual poster sessions covering diverse topics such as diet-related chronic disease prevention, nutrigenomics, functional foods, food safety, clinical nutrition practices, food technology innovations, and lifestyle medicine.
