Senior Vice President for Critical Infrastructure at Exiger

Bob Kolasky is a nationally recognized national security executive and critical infrastructure expert with over two decades of leadership in cross-sector risk management, supply chain resilience, and cybersecurity. In his current role as Senior Vice President for Critical Infrastructure at Exiger, he directs the development and market strategy of advanced third-party and supply chain risk intelligence technologies designed to protect critical infrastructure organizations and government operations. Before transitioning to the private sector, Kolasky spent 15 years as a senior federal official, most notably serving as the founding Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) National Risk Management Center at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). During his distinguished government tenure, he led foundational initiatives such as the National Infrastructure Protection Plan and co-chaired the Information and Communications Technology Supply Chain Risk Management Task Force. He remains highly active in the global security community, serving as a Nonresident Scholar for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a Senior Associate for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a Board Member for the Center for Cross-Sector Coordination, and the former Chair of the High-Level Risk Forum for the OECD. He holds degrees from Dartmouth College and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
