In his role as a Senior Researcher at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, his work examines the factors that influence cybersecurity maturity, behavioral compliance, and risk awareness across both public sector agencies and private sector small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Delft University of Technology, specializing in the interdisciplinary domain of Technology, Policy, and Management.
