Biography
Jacco Jacobs is a senior financial regulator and cybersecurity executive who oversees the technical and operational resilience of the financial sector in the Netherlands. In his leadership role at the Dutch Central Bank, his department focuses on supervising IT infrastructure, third-party outsourcing dependencies, and systemic cyber risks across Dutch banks, insurers, and financial institutions. Prior to his extensive tenure at DNB, Jacobs built a strong portfolio in IT auditing and risk consulting, holding specialized positions at EY and serving within NOREA, the Dutch professional organization for IT auditors. He holds credentials from the Harvard Division of Continuing Education and IMD Business School.
