Lance Dubsky is a seasoned cybersecurity executive and government intelligence veteran with over 30 years of experience protecting physical, digital, and critical network infrastructure. In his dual role as CSO and CISO for Quintillion Global, he directs all security operations for the company’s subsea and terrestrial high-speed fiber-optic cable systems spanning the American Arctic. Before moving into the private tech sector, Dubsky built an extensive portfolio in federal defense and intelligence, serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and as the Deputy CISO for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He also held prominent corporate leadership roles as Vice President of IT Security at Iron Mountain and CISO for Meggitt PLC. Dubsky is a United States Air Force veteran who spent 20 years managing global communications-computer operations.
