Previously, he led data center operations at Meta and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, advancing cooling technologies and GPU cluster scaling. His career began in nuclear power, with deep expertise in reactor operations and maintenance. JP holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology (ABET-accredited) and a Master of Science in Technology Management. He is based in Virginia, United States.
