Hisyam Halim is an online safety advocate, currently representing a global safer internet company in APAC. With a background in computer science, he lobbies telecom industry and government regulators to improve the safety of online experience especially for children and vulnerable internet users without sacrificing speed and reliability. He’s a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the ICAEW and an avid scuba diver.
