Biography:

Mauro Capo is Digital Sovereignty Lead for EMEA at Accenture. He leads the firm’s European strategy on Sovereign Cloud and Sovereign AI, helping governments and enterprises design resilient, placement-aware architectures that balance innovation, control and regulatory compliance.
Mauro works at the intersection of technology, policy and industry transformation, shaping federated cloud models, sovereign AI stacks and cross-border ecosystem partnerships. He actively engages with European institutions, hyperscalers and EU-native technology providers to enable interoperable and secure digital infrastructures across critical sectors.
