Biography:

Experienced CTO, Cloud Architect and Executive, specialising in all aspects of Cloud, Software, SaaS Engineering, Technical Strategy and building world class delivery teams.

I am passionate about delivering high quality solutions to business problems and the judicious use of strong delivery and engineering practices, tools and processes. I have detailed experience across the delivery lifecycle from strategy and envisioning through to release, warrantee and ongoing support.

A very early adopter of Agile Methods and Cloud technologies with significant experience delivering large high profile projects and building solid delivery teams. A past member of the Microsoft .NET Partner advisory Council (for 7 years), I have deep technical knowledge and understanding.

I am able to communicate clearly and directly in one-to-one, team, group and board interactions using both technical and business terms. I have strong change management experience in building, downsizing, restructuring and realigning teams. I am a perceptive manger and I believe I am both trusted and respected by my team. I like to lead by example and create a challenging and rewarding environment.
