Throughout his career, Fernando has navigated the digital and payment industries at all levels, from startups to large corporations. He has held senior leadership roles at reputable organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone Group, Emirates Group, Al Rajhi Bank, and Arab National Bank. As the Group Chief Digital Officer at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Fernando leads the digital strategy and execution across the Group. His remit covers Retail, Corporate, and Business banking, as well as ADIB’s subsidiaries and international operations.
