Hasan Fardan Al Fardan, CEO of Al Fardan Exchange, guides the strategic direction of the organisation, currently spearheading its digital transformation, to optimise efficiencies and broaden digital revenue streams. Before joining Al Fardan Exchange, Hasan Fardan Al Fardan held various key positions within the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

As the CEO of an Emirati family-owned business in the UAE, Hasan serves on the Executive Board of the Emirates Family Office Association (EOFA). Additionally, being a subject matter expert in fintech, Hasan is a board member of the UAE's Foreign Exchange & Remittance Group (FERG) and head of the FinTech Subcommittee. He also lends his visionary insights as a director of Ajyad Capital B.S.C., a prominent Bahraini investment company. He is a supervisory board member at Evocabank, a leading digital bank in Armenia.
