Saad is the Head of COO Transformation at SAB. Since joining in 2023, he has led transformation programmes delivering USD 54m in savings and uplifting staff productivity by 25%, while accelerating automation, strengthening insight-driven performance through enterprise dashboards, embedding stronger quality assurance across transformed processes.

Earlier this year, his team’s work was recognised by International Business Magazine as the “Fastest Transformation to Digital Operations in Saudi Arabia” and most recently received the “Best Innovation in Operational Excellence” award at the CX Live Awards 2025.
