GS Jha is a veteran technology executive and author specializing in digital infrastructure engineering, corporate cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence governance within deep-tech and life science environments. In his current triple executive role at QuantumScape, he directs global IT architecture, enterprise systems, cybersecurity operations, and the strategic deployment of enterprise AI to safeguard and accelerate the development of pioneering solid-state battery technology.
Jha’s career spans over three decades of engineering milestone systems across major multinational corporations. During his tenure at FedEx, he built the world's first online package tracking system—a milestone innovation that led to his induction into the FedEx IT Hall of Fame. He subsequently directed large-scale digital transformations and risk management frameworks in senior technology leadership roles at Amgen, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bio-Techne, Accuray, and CareDx.
An authority on secure technical deployment, Jha authored Securing the Enterprise (Apress, 2025) and The Decision Imperative: 26 Choices That Separate AI Leaders from AI Followers (2027).
