Matt Costello is a veteran technology strategist and executive with over 20 years of experience helping enterprise organizations deploy advanced software platforms, data analytics, and cloud security frameworks. In his leadership role within Booz Allen Hamilton's Commercial Cyber technology group, he directs specialized practice areas focused on Commercial Analytics, Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) deployment, Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Product and Cloud Security, as well as Fraud and Insider Threat mitigation. His work centers on helping Fortune 500 corporations leverage secure, intelligent systems to protect and scale their core business operations.

Throughout his career, Costello has delivered complex analytical and security architectures across highly diverse, capital-intensive markets, including the manufacturing, finance, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, he established deep technical expertise within the wireless and telecommunications sectors, notably serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for an emerging startup focused on disruptive telecom and cable infrastructure solutions.
