Following his military service, Daderko earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and transitioned into management consulting at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 leadership on corporate operations. He then spent over seven years at Microsoft in progressive leadership roles, ultimately serving as Senior Director of Product Marketing for Collaborative AI.
