Dr. Elizabeta Popova Ramova earned her PhD in Medicine from the University of Niš, Serbia, in 2010. She has been active in dental and medical education since 2005, serving as a professor at the Medical School from 2007 to 2018 before being appointed Assistant Professor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&Reha) at MIT University in 2020. She has completed clinical visiting fellowships in Germany and Italy (ISICO) and holds certifications in musculoskeletal echosonography, low-energy laser therapy, nutrition, and aromatherapy. Her research covers spinal deformities, evidence-based alternative medicine, and non-pharmacological pain management, yielding 210 published studies and membership on 14 international journal editorial boards, as well as with ISPRM and Cochrane Rehabilitation.
