Dental Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering

Dental Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering:

Advances in dental biomaterials are redefining restorative, prosthetic, implant, and regenerative treatment possibilities. This track will explore the development of next-generation biomaterials engineered to provide improved mechanical strength, biological performance, aesthetics, durability, and tissue compatibility. It will bring together prosthodontists, restorative dentists, implantologists, materials scientists, biomedical researchers, professors, and industry professionals working at the forefront of dental materials innovation.

Scientific discussions will cover bioactive materials, advanced ceramics, polymers, composites, nanomaterials, adhesive systems, antimicrobial materials, smart biomaterials, surface engineering, and 3D-printed dental materials. Particular attention will be given to biomaterial–tissue interactions, biocompatibility, degradation, surface modification, and the development of materials capable of supporting biological repair and regeneration.

The track will also provide an industry-focused platform for exploring the translation of biomaterials research into clinically relevant products and technologies. Dental material manufacturers, biotechnology companies, research organizations, CEOs, product-development specialists, and academic leaders can share innovations, research findings, commercialization perspectives, and future opportunities. The sessions aim to strengthen collaboration between scientific discovery, clinical application, and dental technology development.
