Polly Hall has more than 15 years of federal acquisition experience and is widely recognized for advancing procurement innovation, workforce development, and acquisition modernization across the U.S. government. She joined GSA's Office of Governmentwide Policy (OGP) in December 2025, where she serves as a strategic advisor helping strengthen federal acquisition policy, delivery, and capability.
