Scott Kupor is the Director of the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM), sworn into office in 2025. A former managing partner at Andreessen Horowitz, he has extensive executive leadership experience, having previously managed massive assets and led global support organizations in the tech and software sectors. Kupor earned his B.A. and J.D. from Stanford University.
