Biography
Theo Blackwell has more than two decades of experience in local government, digital innovation, and public policy. Before becoming London's Chief Digital Officer in 2017, he served as a local councillor in the London Borough of Camden and held senior leadership roles focused on digital transformation and technology-enabled public services.
As Chief Digital Officer for London, he is responsible for developing and implementing the city's digital strategy, working with London's boroughs, government agencies, businesses, universities, and technology partners to improve public services and support economic growth.
