Biography:

Kwok Quek Sin is the Group Chief Business Technology Officer at IHH Healthcare, a leading multinational healthcare provider. He leads the organisation’s enterprise-wide artificial intelligence and data strategy, driving the adoption of intelligent technologies and digital capabilities across IHH’s hospitals and markets worldwide. His work focuses on building scalable platforms, strengthening data foundations, and enabling clinicians and operators to deliver better care through actionable insights and AI-powered solutions. Before joining IHH, Mr. Kwok held senior leadership roles across the public sector, healthcare, and global consulting companies. At GovTech Singapore, he led Singapore’s National Digital Identity programme—including Singpass, MyInfo, Corppass, and SGFinDex—serving millions of users. At the Monetary Authority of Singapore, he led innovation efforts to advance the use of digital and sustainability technologies in financial services. He also served as Chief Digital Officer at Raffles Medical Group and as Managing Director at Accenture, shaping digital transformation programmes across industries.
