Lex Bradshaw-Zanger is the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer (CDMO) for the South Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa (SAPMENA) region at the L’Oréal Groupe. His career tracks the evolution of the web—from 56k modems to 5G, mobile-first, and the generative AI era—across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. At L’Oréal, he has led comprehensive digital transformation initiatives in senior roles, including Chief Marketing Officer for the UK and Ireland, Chief Digital Officer for the Middle East and Africa, and digital leadership positions across Western Europe. Prior to joining L’Oréal, he built his digital credentials at McDonald’s and Facebook, following more than ten years in the agency sector with WPP and Publicis. He is a board member of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) Asia and the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) APAC, a fellow of The Marketing Academy, a mentor, and a startup adviser.
