Biography:

Prof. Vincent Sai, FCA, FRCGP (Hon), BFP, MAccFin, is a healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience in primary care, population health, and large-scale healthcare transformation. Since 2018, he has served as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Modality Partnership, the UK's largest NHS GP super-partnership, which manages care across more than 55 sites and reaches over 12 million citizens. He holds a unique position as the only non-clinical partner and owner within the 135-GP strong national partnership. Under his leadership, the organization has integrated large-scale digital automation, ambient AI clinical workflows, and advanced population health interventions. He is an Honorary Professor of Practice and Executive in Residence at the UCL Global Business School for Health, the Executive Lead of Pathfinder Healthcare Developments CIC, and previously served as Chief Executive for Aetna Health Management Services. He was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Royal College of General Practitioners for his outstanding contributions to general practice.
