Eric Cioè-Peña is the Vice President of Global Health at Northwell Health, where he leads the health system's global health strategy, fostering international partnerships, expanding access to high-quality care, and strengthening emergency preparedness and health equity initiatives. He works to integrate global health principles into clinical care, education, research, and public health across Northwell's network.

A board-certified emergency physician, Dr. Cioè-Peña also serves as the Director of the Center for Global Health at Northwell Health and is an Associate Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. His clinical and academic work focuses on emergency medicine, infectious diseases, health systems, disaster response, pandemic preparedness, and health equity.
