Biography:

Russel Clint C. Caoeng graduated from junior high school in 2024 as valedictorian at St. Gabriel the Archangel High School. He is currently a Grade 12 Health-Allied student at LORMA Colleges—Basic and Inclusive Education Schools, where he continues to demonstrate strong dedication to the health sciences and research. Alongside four fellow health-allied students from the same institution, he served as the principal author of the research study entitled “HEALOT: Senior Citizens’ Lived Experiences of Hilot in Luna, La Union,” reflecting his commitment to exploring culturally rooted healthcare practices and contributing to meaningful academic inquiry.
