"The 6th Global Congress on Plant Science & Molecular Biology brings together leading scientists, researchers, academicians, industry experts, and young investigators from around the world to exchange knowledge, share innovations, and discuss the latest advances in plant science and molecular biology. Dr. Ioannis Ladas was born in Athens. He studied Theology at the University of Athens and Philosophy at the University of Patras. He holds master's degree in Philosophy and master's degree in Theology. He attended postgraduate courses in Theology at the Protestant School of the University of Charles in Prague and in Philosophy at the Bosphorus University in Istanbul. He holds PhD in Philosophy and PhD in Theology. His research activity focuses on the broad field of Applied Ethics, mainly Bioethics. Moreover, he has participated in European research programs and in World and International theological and philosophical conferences. He is a member, among others, of the Applied Philosophy Research Laboratory.

Dominik Bleša earned his master’s degree in natural sciences in 2018 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in plant anatomy and physiology at Masaryk University, Brno. He serves as the head of the laboratory at Agrotest Fyto, Ltd., a research organization specializing in agronomic studies. His research focuses on plant-fungal interactions, the functional ecology of fungi in agroecosystems, and applied biotechnology.

He is based at Palacký University, focusing on phytopathology, cereal diseases, and plant-fungi interactions. His research interests are mainly centred on endophytic fungi and their potential applications in plant protection.
