Alexandre Marchac is a Board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Paris, France, specialized in facial aging. He is a 5th generation surgeon and both his father, Daniel Marchac, and uncle, Vladimir Mitz, were famous for their expertise and innovations in plastic surgery. He graduated magna cum laude from medical school in 2003, holds a Master’s degree in surgical science, trained in plastic surgery in Paris from 2003 to 2009, then went to NYU for a fellowship in tissue engineering, and came back to Paris to do microsurgery and face transplantation at Hospital Pompidou. He decided not to go for an academic career, did two clinical fellowships in craniofacial surgery, ear reconstruction, and facial aesthetic surgery and travelled the world to learn from leading experts in facelifting, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and minimally invasive treatments.

He opened his private practice in 2011, in Paris, focusing on ear reconstruction and facial rejuvenation. Nowadays, he runs a busy aesthetic surgery practice focused on face lifts and periorbital rejuvenation, and he gives courses on facial surgery and injectables.
