Asst. Prof. Chirakan Charoenvicha is an attending staff in the Division of Plastic Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. She also serves as a craniofacial surgeon at the Princess Sirindhorn IT Foundation Craniofacial Center and as a consultant at Sriphat Medical Center and Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai.
She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Medical Sciences from Chiang Mai University. Her specialized training includes a Craniofacial Fellowship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan (2022–2023), as well as observership programs in Craniofacial Surgery at UCLA (2023) and Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School (2023).
Dr. Chirakan's practice focuses on craniofacial and cleft surgery, as well as aesthetic procedures, including blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty. Beyond her clinical work, she actively contributes to academia as an invited reviewer for the Journal of the Association of General Surgeons of Thailand, under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King.
