Dr. Sun is the Head and Senior Consultant at the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Division at Changi General Hospital. He was a past International Travelling Fellow of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS). His interests include eyelid, rhinoplasty, facelift, breast and body contouring surgery. He also does a wide array of reconstructive cases like microsurgery and lymphedema surgery. He is the Director of the Changi General Hospital Lymphedema Service

As a Plastic Surgeon in institutional practice, Dr. Sun also assumes leadership roles, such as Chairman of the Chapter of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, College of Surgeons, Singapore, and Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons.
