Biography:

Dr. Santiago Fernández Troitiño completed his training as a thoracic surgery resident at Hospital Córdoba, in Córdoba Province, Argentina. He currently serves as Chief Resident at the same institution and has developed a strong interest in thoracic oncology and minimally invasive surgery. During his training, he has been actively involved, alongside his mentors and peers, in the management of complex thoracic pathologies, including lung cancer, pleural diseases, and airway disorders. His academic interests focus on lung cancer staging and surgical decision-making.
