All cancellations or modifications to registration details must be submitted in writing via email. Please contact us through the provided email address for any assistance or clarification.

Cancellation Policy

If Noveltics cancels the event, registrants will receive a 100% refund. Upon the registrant's interest, they will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee, valid for use at another event within one year.

Postponement

If Noveltics postpones an event and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a 100% credit for the registration fee, valid for one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other individuals from the same organization. Transfers must be made in writing by the registered person to conferences@researchersfusion.com, including the full name, title, contact phone number, and email address of the replacement person.

Participants are urged to apply for visas well in advance due to increased security measures. Noveltics Group does not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. Business visas should be sought.

If you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your registration, the following refund schedule applies. Keeping in view advance payments towards venue, printing, shipping, hotels, and other overheads:

Hotels have their own cancellation policies, which typically apply when cancellations occur within 30 days of arrival. It is advisable to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your accommodation booking.
