Dr. Milton C. R. Medeiros is a titular member of the Brazilian Academy of Neurology. Graduated in medicine from the State University of Londrina in 1994 (UEL). Medical residency in neurology at UEL, graduated as specialist in 1997. Member of the Brazilian Academy of Neurology since 2002. Member of the headache and pain scientific departments at the Brazilian Academy of Neurology. He is also a member of the scientific department of the cognitive neurology and aging. Dr. Milton is a writer. His latest book is "Fuja do Alzheimer agora mesmo", publisher Viseu, still an exclusive edition in Portuguese.

Dr. Chuck Easttom is the author of 45 books, including the book ‘Machine Learning for Neuroscience’. He is also an inventor with 27 patents and the author of over 80 research papers. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science, a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, and a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity , and four master’s degrees (one in applied computer science, one in education, one in Strategic and Defense studies, and one in systems engineering). Dr. Easttom was a member if the IEEE Brain Computer Interface standards committee. Dr. Easttom is currently an adjunct professor for Georgetown University and for Vanderbilt University.

Andrea Dincher is a Lecturer for Special Tasks at Saarland University and serves as the Honorary President of the German Sports Teachers' Association in Saarland. She has been a trainer at a sports club for over 30 years, specializing in apparatus gymnastics, long-distance running, dance, orthopedics, cardiac health, obesity management, senior fitness, and occupational health management. She is also a lecturer for continuing education in the fields of neurological rehabilitation as well as elementary and primary education. Her research interests include training therapy for neurological diseases, child development, and developmental disorders.

For several years, she has been a lecturer at Universite Laval and Universite of Montreal for undergraduate and graduate students. She also supervises psychologists and psychotherapists, as well as foreign students. She has participated as speaker in symposia, conferences, sand scientific congresses. She was an expert in family matters at the Quebec Youth Chamber, and she was the clinical director of the Traumatys Center. She as several scientific publications. Lately, she is also evaluating for the Swiss National Science Foudation (SNSF).
