Xin Li’s research is interdisciplinary, encompassing generation of new regime lasers, laser- mater interaction, and nano-to-atomic materials science. He has been selected for the high- level innovative talents program at the National University of Defense Technology. He is a senior member of both the China Micro-Nano Technology Society and the Chinese Society for Optical Engineering. He has led national and provincial-level scientific research projects and have published over 40 papers as the first author or corresponding author in high-level domestic and international academic journals such as Nano Energy, Chemical Engineering Journal, ACS Sensors, et al. Among these publications, 6 are hot cited ESI papers.

Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 131) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 30,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Hebei University of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies. Prof. Webster is a former President of the U.S. Society for Biomaterials and has over 1,350 publications to his credit with over 55,000 citations. He was recently nominated for the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. Prof. Webster also recently formed a fund to support Nigerian student research opportunities in the U.S.

Waseem Nazeer is a PhD Scholar in Chemistry at Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF), Pakistan. My research focuses on organic synthesis and methodology development, with interests in designing new organic molecules for scientific and industrial applications. I have published research papers and presented my work at national and international conferences. I aim to pursue a postdoctoral fellowship and build international collaborations that promote innovation in synthetic and organic chemistry.

Farshad Akbarnejad completed his DVM from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. He is the head of the scientific and educational department of Dr. Akhoi Laboratory Company of Iran. He has more than 30 publications and 10 books. His professional activities are in the field of medicinal plants and cosmetic formulations, in which he has been active for more than 16 years.
